Veronica Hinke, author of two culinary histories about the Titanic, will take us back in time by exploring the dishes enjoyed on board this famous ship—from first-class delicacies, to the plainer fare of third-class passengers. This program is sponsored by Beyond the Page, the Madison Community Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
