Sons of Norway- Mandt Lodge will hold a Lefse Baking Class on Saturday, February 17, 2024 9:00am-11am at Mandt Lodge located at 317 S. Page Street in Stoughton.

Mandt Lodge members will share recipes and techniques for making lefse how our lodge makes it! Volunteers will walk participants through the mixing, baking, cooling and packaging process we use at Mandt. Of course, sampling your work is encouraged and lefse will be sent home with participants. Mandt Lodge will provide equipment and supplies.

Class fee: $20 and youth ages 12 and under are $10.
Registration and payment is due by February 17 to reserve your spot. (Class will be capped at 20 participants)
