Sons of Norway- Mandt Lodge Norwegian Cookie Baking Class on Saturday, March 14, from 9am- 12noon at Sons of Norway, 317 S. Page Street, Stoughton. The registration cost: $20 for adults and youth ages 12 and under $10. Mandt Lodge members will share recipes and techniques for making five types of Norwegian cookies. The variety will be determined closer to class and be based on volunteer instructor’s specialties. You will learn how to mix, prepare, and bake/fry the cookies. Of course, sampling your work is encouraged and cookies will be sent home with participants. Mandt Lodge will provide equipment and supplies.
