Dr. Heather Niemeier earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed her postdoctoral work at Brown University. This talk will describe recent innovations in behavioral weight loss approaches aimed at improving weight loss maintenance with an emphasis on addressing emotional and cognitive factors that interfere with long-term behavior change.
