A group of nuns needs to scramble together a variety show as a fund-raiser for a ridiculous reason we learn about early on. We hear each character’s backstory through their snappy dialogue, big dance production numbers and audience interaction. These amateurs put on a hilarious and poignant show with a bit of Broadway (and religion) in their souls.
