Ruth Fromstein and Jan Jahnke show abstract impressionistic landscape paintings in their first event together.  Both of these talented women use color, texture, light and shadow to create landscapes that pull the viewer into their subtleties, seeing more of the beauty of nature the longer one gazes at them.   Yet, each artist has her own distinct style and interaction with landscape, which makes this show a true delight.
