The Lone Bellow are a group of transplanted Southerners based in Brooklyn who deliver a passionate, soulful, acoustic-based brand of Americana. Since bursting onto the scene in 2013, they quickly became known for their transcendent harmonies, serious musicianship and raucous live performance — a reputation that has earned them a rabid, ever-growing fan base. Country songwriter Robert Ellis made a name for himself in Houston, Texas where he was inspired by the country, folk, and bluegrass records he’d heard while growing up in the southern part of the state.
