Sons of Norway Beginning Rosemaling Class

Mandt Lodge is offering a two-day Beginning Rosemaling class on March 9 (Saturday) and March 10 (Sunday), 2024 from 9:00 AM – 4PM at Sons of Norway Mandt Lodge - 317 Page Street, Stoughton, Wisconsin 53589.

Taught by Nancy Odalen, VGM, participants will learn brush control and technique, complete a basic scroll and a flower form. The final task will be to paint a design of at least 3-4 inches in both height and width. The class will be taught in oils, and we will work on practice boards.

Class Fees: $110.00 Sons of Norway Members and Seniors (age 55 & over) and $135.00 Non-members (Sons of Norway). Registration form and payment due: February 15, 2024. $25.00 of this class fee is non-refundable if you cancel after February 16, 2024, or do not show up on the 1st day for class without prior arrangements.

A supply list will be sent to participants on or before February 15, 2024. Supplies will be available for purchase for $20.00 at the time of class if not purchased prior to the start date.
