Guided Somatic practice and meditation: Experience firsthand the calming and restorative effects of integrating Prana Vayu knowledge into mindfulness practices.
This class provides both a theoretical and experiential glimpse into how the Prana Vayus and the nervous system interconnect. Understanding this timeless framework for the subtle body enriches our clinical knowledge of anatomy/physiology. Having a variety of tools to support individual self-realization fosters holistic healing and vitality.
