This class is an introduction to Centric 6, the correct sequence of six steps that activate your main breathing structures. Participants may lie on a mat or learn it sitting on a chair.
Powerful abdominals and core coordination, which you get from proper breathing, will improve digestion, reduce incontinence, flatten your belly, and increase stamina and endurance in all your sports and life activities.
