LIBRARY WRITING SERIES: GOAL-SETTING

(Note: We will be meeting in the Hall of Fame Room at City Hall, 381 E Main St. Use the employee entrance.) It’s a new year and a new location for our sessions during the second floor renovation. Introduce yourself, tell us a little bit about what you write, and ask questions. We’ll talk about organizational methods, how to set good goals, and how to understand an ever-changing market. Enjoy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. For adults as well as teens in grades 6 and up. No registration required.

CANDLELIGHT SKIING - CANCELLED DUE TO TRAIL CONDITIONS - ALT. DATE 2/14
6-9pm
Come enjoy candlelight skiing on 2 miles of trails lit with hundreds of glowing luminaries. Warm up by the bonfire and cook out on the grills provided or enjoy drinks and baked goods sold by the Lake Kegonsa State Park Friends Group. This is a free event, but a valid park admission sticker is required. Sorry, no pets or hikers are allowed on the ski trails. If weather and snow conditions do not permit the event, it will re-schedule to February 14th

ALL YOU CAN EAT BREAKFAST FUNDRAISER
7 - 11 AM
The Stoughton High School Band with the American Legion is hosting an All You Can Eat Pancake (Plus!) Breakfast on Sunday January 18th, from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Otis Sampson American Legion Family Post 59 on N. Page Street, Stoughton. They will be serving pancakes, French toast, ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, and biscuits & gravy. Music entertainment will be provided by band students. Tickets are sold at the door: $8 for adults, $4 for children (under 10). Proceeds will support the SHS band program. Come enjoy a short stack o’ cakes (plus a whole lot more) for a tall cause!
