The Stoughton Redevelopment Authority, RDA, was created in the Fall of 2007 to focus on improving specific parts of the city. The goal is to encourage reinvestment in under-utilized areas, leading to job creation, added infill housing, an improved tax base and an improved quality of life for the community.
